Encore Core

It isn't enough to just do ab crunches! To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles from your hips to your shoulders. This core conditioning class targets the muscles responsible for better posture, a leaner look and greater strength.


Fitness Fusion
Blends strength, cardio endurance, balance, stability, core work, agility and flexibility, by combining circuit training, boot camp, dance, boxing, step aerobics, weight-training, yoga, and Tabata training.  


Pump
A weight-training workout using bars and dumbbells that will not only make you feel stronger and more powerful, but also will help you change your body composition. Less Fat + More Muscle = Health


Turbo Tabata & Yoga
Fast-paced cardio workout, using the Tabata protocol (20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest) to help you build stamina and burn fat. Second half of class features gentle, yoga-flavored stretching.


Zumba
Cardio-dance workout with a party atmosphere. We use all kinds of music, from Latin and country, to hip-hop and pop, to belly dance and oldies. No experience necessary, all you need is a good attitude and a desire to have a great time while you burn calories and strengthen your muscles.

Weight Loss Challenge

Summer’s coming and we’re all going to be wearing fewer layers. Are you ready for shorts and sleeveless tops, or do you wish you could lose a few pounds?

The Rules of Success:

1. Develop an exercise schedule and work out 4-6 times each week. You can include home or gym workouts, Encore Fitness classes, walking, running or almost any activity you enjoy that incorporates cardio, strength and flexibility. Info on designing your personal fitness program will be provided as part of our coaching.

2. Adopt a healthy eating plan, using the tools and techniques we provide. The plan includes replacing one meal a day with Shakeology, a nutrition-dense, high-protein shake that provides balanced nutrition for health, energy and weight loss. Read more.
